It is difficult to group Victor van Tienen in a specific category.

Completely self-taught, the artist’s curiosity knows no bounds. Always eager to work with a range of materials, Van Tienen creates sculptures, landscapes, drawings, paintings, street art, tattooing-- you name it. His works often depict characters that seem to have come from fantasy worlds. During the process of creation, the artist escapes into a world of his own making, and the resulting art piece invites the viewer to do the same.
