It is difficult to categorize the subject matter of Tiktoy’s work as it ranges from abstract to hyper realistic murals.
Starting as a sculptor, Tiktoy quickly found his niche by developing his most recurring and now recognizable character of a bird feeder with a glistening eye in the middle.
This character can be seen in different mediums: from sculpture, to little toys, to paintings and murals. All of the artist’s work has a psychedelic feeling to it. His characters often transgress the frame of his murals, giving them the illusion of creatures coming out of the wall.
