UNKnowN is proud to host Lieneke Veen’s debut as a professional photographer.
Exhibiting a series of photographs focusing on everyday life, Veen captures ordinary people’s extraordinary stories by focusing on their body language to convey the depth of their narratives.
The artist’s experiences as a shy child fostered an acute sense of observation, providing her with the tools to seize the moments which she believes to demonstrate the subjects’ raw being. Veen’s post production editing allows the artist to translate her cinematic vision onto real-time moments.
