Jowil’s compositions explore a balance between bold and softer colours, while maintaining a natural flow within the artwork that reminds one of a watercolour splash.
The soft but spontaneous interplay of the colours gives the pieces their abstract yet recognizable appearance, which allows the works to take on multitudes of meanings. For example, one person may see a flower, while another may see a world of bacteria emerge in its multitudes of beautiful colours.
