I ordered the Purdue University-Collegiate Sculptured Ornaments and they arrived defective. The "banner" had what appeared to be air bubbles ( later refered to as glue bubbles by the artist). I emailed customer service and received a response in a VERY timely fashion. After an exchange of several emails, I was sent new ornaments for no charge and they were in perfect condition. (They had redesigned the ornament so the "banner" didn't need to be glued on.) I only gave the ornaments 4 stars instead of 5 because the original order was defective.
